Older Russian copper coin from Catherine II (Catherine the Great), struck in 1771.
The coin features the classic design with the Russian double-headed eagle wearing a crown on the obverse, and a monogram with the date on the reverse. This is a large copper coin (5 Kopeks) that circulated within the Russian Empire during the 18th century.
This example shows clear patina and wear consistent with age, but the design and details remain well visible. Housed in a protective capsule.
An exciting collector's item within both coins and historical objects from the Russian Empire.
