What we store
When you create an account or shop with us, we store your name, e-mail address, phone number, address and purchase/bidding history. We use this to process purchases, send order confirmations, run auctions and comply with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
We only send newsletters and offers if you have consented to it. You can unsubscribe at any time under "My account".
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We only share what is necessary with:
- Stripe: payment processing (data stored in the EU/EEA)
- Bring/Posten and shipping carriers: delivery (name and address)
- Tripletex: accounting and invoicing
- Resend: e-mail (order confirmations, notifications)
- Sveve: SMS notifications about auctions (only with your consent)
Cookies
We only use essential cookies for login and security, no tracking or analytics cookies without consent. During payment, Stripe may set its own cookies (Stripe's privacy policy).
Retention and deletion
Transaction data is retained for 5 years (Norwegian Bookkeeping Act). Other data is deleted upon your request or when your account is closed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. You may also request data portability or withdraw consent. Contact us via the contact form to exercise your rights.
If you believe we are not complying with data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
