Troll Figure – NyForm no. 254, ca. 1960-70

Decorative troll figure from NyForm, model no. 254. The figure depicts a classic Norwegian troll with a long nose, glass eyes and tufted hair, standing on a base with a small ball in front, likely intended as a playful or humorous scene.

Made from cast material (latex/composite) with a hand painted surface and applied hair and tail tuft. The figure has a lively expression and is typical of NyForm's popular troll production from the mid 1900s. The underside is marked with the model number.

The figure is glued to the base, otherwise in good condition with normal signs of wear and age.
