Description
Gilt bronze medal issued to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the change of throne between HM King Haakon VII and HM King Olav V.
The medal is dated 21 September 1957–21 September 1982 and depicts portraits of King Haakon VII and King Olav V. The reverse shows the consecration in Nidaros Cathedral on 22 June 1958.
Artist: Oddmund Raudberget, Asker.
Specimen number 169 of a total of 1750 medals issued.
Comes with an accompanying certificate of authenticity.
Material: Gilt bronze.
Diameter: 70 mm.
Weight: 236 grams.
