Description
Gilt bronze medal issued to commemorate HM King Olav V's 80th birthday on 2 July 1983.
The medal depicts King Olav V in profile on the obverse with the years 1903–1983. The reverse features motifs associated with the royal house and bears the inscription «Alt for Norge».
Artist: Wenche Gulbrandsen.
Numbered example 229 of a total of 1750 medals issued.
Supplied with accompanying certificate of authenticity.
Material: Gilt bronze.
Diameter: 70 mm.
