Set of 6 Gilt Enamel Spoons in 925S Silver - Guilloché Enamel - In Original Case

Classic Norwegian set consisting of 6 gilt coffee spoons / mocha spoons in 925S sterling silver with colourful guilloché enamel.

The spoons have a gilt surface and shafts decorated with guilloché pattern under transparent enamel in six different colours: pale blue, white, deep red, light turquoise/sea green, yellow and royal blue. The shaft terminals feature moulded and enamelled scroll decoration / foliage with an openwork top.

The reverse of the shafts is stamped "NORWAY STERLING 925 S" along with a maker's mark. Supplied in the original blue case with satin and velvet lining, marked in the lid from goldsmith/watchmaker "FINN JENSEN A/S, Bogstadv. 40, Oslo".

  Very fine collector's condition. Complete and flawless enamel on all spoons. Light surface scratches, natural patina and tarnishing to the gilding on the reverse sides.
