Description
A rare and beautiful antique egg cup set in white porcelain from Porsgrund Porselen. The set consists of a shaped stand/holder with an integrated carrying handle and space for six footed egg cups, decorated with purple violet motifs.
• Manufacturer: Porsgrund Porselænsfabrik (PP)
• Contents: 1 holder w/ handle + 6 egg cups
• Material: Porcelain with floral decoration
• Measurements: egg cup holder width approx. 20cm, egg cup width approx. 4.6cm, height 4.8cm
• Marking: Green PP anchor mark underneath the holder
• Condition:
Antique/vintage condition. One of the egg cups has a crack as shown in the photo. The holder itself also has a small hairline crack at the base of the handle, which appears to be a casting flaw. Otherwise a complete and charming breakfast set with clear decoration. Please see photos for condition, as these form part of the description.
