Issued in 1972 to mark Rotary in Norway's 50th anniversary (1922–1972) and the «Jubilee Campaign for the construction of a new building for the Home for the Deaf». Produced by Figgjo Fajanse - Stavangerflint a/s with the consent of the Royal Family for sale to Rotarians in Norway.

Fitted with a hanging cord on the back, ready to be hung directly on the wall.
