Anne-Karine Solgaard

Anne-Karine Solgaard is a Norwegian jewellery artist. Buskerud Kunstsenter records her education in the metal department of Oslo's National College of Art and Design. Her work includes necklaces, bracelets and rings.

The art centre describes screws, nuts, plastic and rubber combined with silver, pearls and gemstones. These are examples of a material practice, rather than ingredients in every jewel. Her name identifies the designer; a gallery selling the work has a different role.
