Mr Jones Watches
Mr Jones Watches is a British watch brand started by Crispin Jones in London in 2007. It collaborates with illustrators and designers on watches in which imagery and storytelling play a central role. The founder and the artist responsible for an individual design are therefore not necessarily the same person.
Models can display time in different ways. The manufacturer’s range distinguishes quartz and mechanical watches, among other categories. An unconventional dial alone consequently cannot establish movement type or operating method.
Document the model name, designer, edition and time display. Check that moving elements work as described for the particular model. Compare size, movement and water resistance with the correct reference and record replacement parts. A colourful dial does not automatically make a used watch a rare edition. The founding date of 2007 is not the production date of later models.
