Simon Klenell
Simon Klenell is a designer and glass craftsman born in 1985. Kosta Boda documents his first collaboration with the glass manufacturer in 2009. He also works through his own workshop and studio in Gustavsberg. Glassblowing and grinding form part of his professional background and practice.
When identifying objects, distinguish independent studio work from products made in collaboration with a manufacturer. Kosta Boda credits both Matti Klenell and Simon Klenell on certain Bod products. Preserve such joint attribution rather than reducing it to a single author.
