Berit Kowalski 830 silver ring with blue-green stone

Distinctive silver ring by Berit Kowalski, featuring an oval blue-green stone framed by a broad silver border with dotted decoration. The open band is adjustable.

Berit Kowalski is a filigree silversmith and jewellery designer associated with Skien, Norway. The ring is clearly stamped with her name and 830S. The blue and green colouring is consistent with azurite and malachite, but the stone has not been gemmologically tested. The exact year of manufacture is unknown.
