Bunad Knife – Jonny Borge ca. 1980s

Traditional Norwegian bunad knife made by Jonny Borge, known as a travelling knife maker. The knife is signed J.B on the sheath and represents classic Nordic craftsmanship with richly decorated details.

The knife has a wooden handle with engraved silver-plated fittings, and consistent decoration throughout that gives it an authentic and traditional expression. The sheath is made with wooden panels and silver-plated fittings, decorated with engraving that harmonises with the knife's design. The blade has a classic Scandinavian shape and retains its original character.
