Iittala candle holder in blue glass

Low candle holder in blue glass from Finnish Iittala, with a pronounced textured structure in the glass and an expression well suited to Scandinavian design from the latter part of the 20th century.

The design language bears clear similarities to Tapio Wirkkala's Ultima Thule series, but the exact model cannot be confirmed with certainty based on the information available alone. It is therefore sold with Iittala as the confirmed manufacturer, while the model designation is given as a probable attribution. Stated with no faults or defects.
