Small round 830 silver box with fruit decoration

A small round box in 830 silver with a hinged lid and raised fruit and berry decoration. A beaded border frames the lid, and the decoration continues around the sides. The darker patina in the recesses highlights the details.

The underside is stamped 830, with three crowns in an oval and an S in a hexagonal shield. These assay marks indicate that the box was imported into Sweden. The maker, original country of manufacture and exact production year are not documented.
