Porcelain Figure of Leopards – USSR ca. 1950–60

Decorative porcelain figure depicting two playing or fighting leopards, executed in glazed porcelain with hand-painted details in white and beige with a spotted pattern. The figure has a lively and dynamic expression, typical of animal sculptures from Soviet production in the mid-20th century.

The underside is marked "Made in USSR", confirming its origin. The model is often attributed to Lomonosov (LFZ) or Verbilki (Dmitrov Porcelain Factory), and the design is associated with the animal sculptor Dmitry Gorlov.

A fine collector's item within Soviet porcelain, and at the same time a decorative figure with a distinctive form language.
