Autodromo

Autodromo is a watch brand founded by industrial designer Bradley Price in 2011. Its design draws on classic cars, instruments and motor-racing history. It is a modern brand using historical references, rather than an old manufacturer from the period evoked by the design.

Price describes his designs as combinations of themes and details associated with particular periods and settings rather than direct copies of one instrument. An automotive-looking dial alone therefore cannot identify a specific car inspiration or prove a relationship with a car manufacturer.

Identify used examples through model name, reference, case and documented movement. Test functions and record the condition of the crystal, dial, strap and any pushers. A sporting appearance does not automatically mean a chronograph or suitability for use in water. Technical specifications and service requirements must match the model and edition. Original packaging can provide useful supporting documentation.
