Boccia Titanium

Boccia Titanium is a watch and jewellery brand with titanium at the centre of its material identity. The manufacturer states that the collection's titanium components are made from pure titanium. This concerns parts specified as titanium, not the movement, crystal, strap and every other component. Ceramic elements also appear in parts of the range.

Titanium and coloured finishes

A titanium description alone does not establish the surface treatment. The documented model 3165-12, for example, has a titanium case and bracelet but is partly rose-gold plated. A gold-coloured surface should therefore not be described as solid gold without separate evidence.

Examining a pre-owned watch

Record the model reference and distinguish the case, bracelet, crystal and any coating. Examine scratches, wear on coloured surfaces and replaced components. The manufacturer's technical guidance notes that water resistance depends on construction and is not permanent. A case-back marking therefore does not prove that an older example remains water-resistant. Do not use a single model to establish the movement, water resistance or materials of all Boccia watches.
