Gullsmed J. Chr. Juul
Gullsmed J. Chr. Juul is Jørgen Christian Juul's workshop in Stjørdal, established in 1972. Its output includes gold and silver jewellery, Norwegian costume silver and historically inspired designs associated with Norway and Trøndelag.
The workshop describes small series, individual commissions and collaboration with museums and local history societies. Galleri Juul also presents work by other artists. Sale through the gallery therefore does not establish that Juul made an object.
For identification, retain receipts, product names and documented provenance. Historical decoration alone does not date jewellery to the period depicted. Distinguish modern traditional craft from early originals, and document marks separately before assigning a maker.
