Military beret
A military beret is a soft, round uniform headdress. Colour and badge may indicate branch or unit, but must be interpreted by country and period.
In the Bundeswehr, green is worn by infantry branches. The Panzergrenadier badge depicts an infantry fighting vehicle and crossed rifles within an oak wreath. Colour alone does not identify a specific unit.
Check maker, size, date and badge separately. A fitted badge can be younger than the beret.
