Paul Harris Fellow
Rotary introduced Paul Harris Fellow recognition in 1957 for contributions to the Rotary Foundation. The first medallion appeared in 1969. In 1997, medallion and lapel-pin designs were standardised for women and men.
Blue or red stones on Multiple Paul Harris Fellow pins indicate further contributions. A date on one pin does not automatically date the medal or an entire set.
