Bunad Knife – Tore Noddeland ca. 1990s
Description
Handmade bunad knife by Tore Noddeland, crafted as a decorative and traditional accessory for the Norwegian bunad. The knife presents as a meticulously executed piece of craftsmanship with a high degree of detail in the handle, sheath, and fittings.
The handle is carved from light holly wood with deep scroll ornamentation and a striking lion's head motif, finished with a small crown in silver. The fittings are in 925S silver with rich hand-engraved decoration. The sheath is made of black leather with a carved pattern and matching silver fittings, giving a cohesive and classic overall appearance. The blade has a traditional shape and is signed by the maker.
