Small Biscuit Tin – Oscar Andersen Biscuit Factory Porsgrund ca. 1930–50

Rare, small biscuit tin from Oscar Andersen's biscuit factory in Porsgrunn, dated to the first half of the 1900s. The tin is richly decorated in bold colours with classic ornamentation, star motifs and text bearing the factory's name. The sides feature charming illustrations with landscape motifs, including a sailing boat and a fisherman.

This is a smaller variant of the more well-known tins from the manufacturer, making it especially interesting for collectors. Oscar Andersen was an important local manufacturer, and their tin boxes are today popular collectibles within Norwegian industrial history.
