Vintage advertising tin – Stabburet ca. 1950–60 - volkswagen tin

Decorative and nostalgic advertising tin from Stabburet (Gunnar Nilsen, Fredrikstad), likely dating from the 1950s–60s. The tin is richly illustrated with classic motifs from Norwegian outdoor life and picnicking, including a Volkswagen car, tent life and family time in nature.

The motifs are typical of post-war advertising and convey an idyllic, down-to-earth lifestyle. The interior features gold-coloured metal with printed text: «God tur med god mat fra Stabburet». The tin has its original carrying handle and works well both as a practical storage box and a fine collector's item.
