Porcelain Figurine Black-Headed Gull – Lomonosov ca. 1970–90

Hand-painted porcelain figurine of a black-headed gull from Lomonosov (LFZ), the imperial porcelain factory in St. Petersburg. The figurine has an elegant and stylised expression with a white body, dark head and a distinctive black tail featuring decorative white patches.

The slender form and upright posture give a light and decorative impression, typical of Soviet porcelain design from the period. The underside is marked with the factory stamp and “Made in USSR”, confirming origin and production period.

A classic collector's item from Lomonosov, popular among collectors of animal and bird figurines.
