Vintage postcard – Kjell Aukrust ca. 1960s

Norwegian Christmas postcard illustrated by Kjell Aukrust, dated to the early 1960s. The motif shows a humorous gnome at work with firewood and rope, combined with a matchbox: a playful and typically Aukrust expression full of warmth and character.

The card has been posted and postmarked from Lunde in Telemark in 1962, with a handwritten Christmas greeting on the back. The signature «Aukrust» is visible in the motif. Publisher and production markings indicate Norwegian origin.
