Vido Jewels (Vlad Kladko)
Vido Jewels is the jewellery brand of designer and goldsmith Vlad Kladko, established in Oslo in 2013. Its organic, sculptural forms incorporate cut and uncut gemstones. Bespoke commissions are also offered.
Design and process
Kladko's own account identifies modelling in jewellery wax as an important part of the process. His practice includes silver, gold and stones. This describes the design approach; it does not establish the composition of every similarly shaped jewel.
Identification
Record the model, measurements, metal marks and any original packaging, then compare documented examples. Organic styling alone cannot establish authorship. Vido Jewels denotes the brand and Vlad Kladko the individual behind it. No maker's mark is attributed here.
